One assembly, one counterpart, no ping-pong.
Several components, several processes, and no single supplier who can take all of it. Send the whole assembly and we route each component to the right process.
Why splitting an assembly across suppliers costs you.
This is the situation the inquiry has to solve, before anyone talks about a price.
You send the assembly, not the parts. We decide the route for each component, hold the interfaces between them, and answer for the result as one supplier.
Where a process is not on our own shop floor it goes to a specialist in the DACH network or inside the POLYGENA group. You still deal with one engineer and one order number.
What a parts supplier does not take on.
Every process through one order
Turning, milling, EDM, sintering, treatment and assembly on one order number, one confirmation, one delivery note.
Process experts choose the route
Each component is put to the process that suits it, not to the machine that happens to be free.
Competence on complete assemblies
We quote the assembly, which means we take a position on the fit between the parts and not only on each part.
Send the assembly.
The drawing, and in two lines: how many components, which materials, which tolerance counts, and by when.
Answer within TODOThe interval belongs here, on every form on the site, and it is the last thing a buyer reads before deciding whether to attach the drawing. Nothing FME publishes states one, so the form asks for a drawing and promises nothing back. /contact#form

Common questions about assemblies
When several components and several processes come together.
- Can I inquire for a whole assembly rather than single parts?
- Yes, and here that is the normal case. Send the bill of materials and the component drawings. We set the process chain per component, own the interfaces between them, and stand behind the result as one supplier.
- Who sources standard parts and electronic components?
- We do, at our purchasing terms. They run on the same order number as the machined parts.
- What happens if a process does not run at FME?
- It goes to a specialist in the DACH network or inside the POLYGENA group. Nothing changes for you: one engineer, one order number, one confirmation, one delivery note.
- Is the assembly tested before delivery?
- On request, every assembly goes through a full functional test before it leaves the building.

A part rarely fits one situation only. If two of them apply to yours, say so in the inquiry and we will price it that way.

A prototype, a spare, or fifty pieces that other suppliers will not run.

Medtech or another regulated field: you need the file with the part, not after it.
